Usually posted on Wednesday. You will get notification from Royal mail once it’s posted.

Terms and Conditions for collection, delivery and postal.

Once you choose your option (collection, delivery, postal) you may not be able to change to another option.

For the delivery, I will plan my delivery route once I close my online shop on Wednesday. You will hear from me by email about the delivery date/time by Thursday.

Until you take delivery of the items or pick them up, the items remain the property of Gu Choki Pan and should any incident occur that prevents delivery, your pre-payment that is held against the order will be refunded.

For the avoidance of doubt, we take no responsibility for any damages or liability beyond the cost paid for the items themselves. Where a 3rd party delivery company is used, we also take no responsibility for the cost of the items or the postage should the delivery company fail to deliver, deliver late or otherwise damage or ruin the items.

When we use a 3rd party for delivery (like Royal Mail) it is out of our control once we have dropped off the parcel with them. From time to time this could result in a delivery of perished items or failure to deliver at all. Whilst this is rare, and goodwill will be applied on our part in helping resolving this situation, we are small and cannot absorb this cost. Any claim must be made directly between you and the 3rd party as we don’t have the capacity to be able to deal with postage claims from our side. If you are not happy with this arrangement, please don’t order via postal methods when placing your order.  No damaging statement must be made online or otherwise when a failed delivery is out of our control.

Allergy information, all known allergens are labelled on the products and shown on the website, if they cannot be found on the individual items, the website listing supersedes that information and should be checked before consuming.  Our kitchen contains all known allergens and even when they are not in the product, the kitchen and preparation areas cannot be guaranteed to allergen free. If you (or the intended consumer) have allergies (severe or otherwise) please don’t consume our products unless doing so at you own risk, as we cannot take responsibility. We do our best to support allergy sufferers by labelling our products, but we strongly request that anyone with severe allergies don’t consume them.
