What’s Melon Pan?
It’s a traditional Japanese sweet bun, made with enriched bread dough and topped with a layer of cookie dough and then baked to perfection.
Although it’s called “Melon Pan”, it doesn’t actually have melon in it, but the name comes from its melon-like look.
